Project Management

Pre construction Phase

  • Ensuring and achieving the Design intent successfully.
  • Site observation and survey works as per master plan.
  • Getting the final layout plan from architect for the approval from clients.
  • Planning for the logistics and resources for the phases of construction.
  • Coordination with architect to prepare tender documents for bid.
  • To help architect for inviting tenders to the selected contractors.
  • Negotiation and appointment of contractors.
  • Planning & coordination for the procurement of materials.
  • Master scheduling for the project as per defined time.

Construction Phase

  • Detail micro level Planning and Scheduling for the project as per agreed time.
  • Defining intermediate milestone / deadline for the project.
  • Forecast for the cost planning as per planning and scheduling.
  • Site management with effective monitoring system.
  • Co-ordination with client, architect, contractors and other consultants.
  • Quality standards ensured as per project specifications.
  • Ensure project execution matches the laid out Strategy and Schedule.
  • To instruct working agencies for ensure safety compliances to maintain the safe working atmosphere
  • Coordination for Timely Completion of Project.
  • Verification of contractors bills.
  • Review weekly meeting conducting to ensure the quality and timely completion.
  • Maintaining MIS.

Post Construction Phase

  • Hand over site neatly and organized.
  • Final reports for technical and commercials package.
  • Coordination for the hand over.
  • Documentation for as built drawing, operations and maintenance manuals etc.
  • Final cost report.
